Contents of the call
The winter season is just around the corner and you’re already looking forward to your first snowshoe tours or winter hikes? But you’re not quite sure how to plan them yet? This year, for the first time, we are offering an online info call on the topic of “Winter and Snowshoe Hiking” – on November 7th at 7 pm in German and on November 14 at 7 pm in English. We will share our knowledge on the following topics:
- What do the trail designations mean in winter?
- How do I plan my winter hike? Where can I find trails?
- Which apps can help me with my planning?
- What should always be on my packing list?
- Which natural hazards should I know / be aware of? Keyword: avalanche danger!
- Nature conservation: wildlife sanctuaries, dealing with waste, going to the toilet in nature
The call lasts around 30-45 minutes, after which there is time for your individual questions. After the call, you will receive a document with the most important information and links from the call. The call is not recorded.
