A get together among outdoor women with an overnight stay on a hut – and maybe the beginning of some new friendships and/or rope teams? That’s more or less how we imagine it and that’s why we organize our first big meeting for outdoor women! On June 25th we want to celebrate our super community and spend two great days and one night together with you at 2370m – in the Bergseehütte in the canton of Uri!
Arrival and options on Saturday
Our first Get Together is meant to be an opportunity to get to know the great women in our community. It’s about fellowship and having a good time among like-minded people! On Saturday we can enjoy the beautiful alpine panorama and good conversations to the fullest on the approximately 2-hour, easy hike (T1) to the hut. If you prefer a longer hike, you can walk around the Göscheneralpsee before the ascent and then climb up to the hut (total hiking time approx. 4h). At the hut there is the possibility for the brave ones to swim in an ice-cold mountain lake before having the deserved dinner!
Sunday activities (optional)
For Sunday, the area offers a variety of possibilities. We would therefore like to try to form small groups with interested women for the following activities:
Climbing is possible on various routes with various levels of difficulty (with guide, with additional costs).
Two via ferratas are waiting to be climbed (with guide, with additional costs)
An easy alpine tour is also possible in the region (with guide, with additional costs).
Our team member Tina is a qualified yoga teacher and will offer a mountain yoga session.
Our team member Julia will offer a photo workshop, where she will share tips and tricks with you for good mountain and outdoor photography.
There will also be another short hike (for example around the lake for those who haven’t done it yet).
Of course, you can also just go hiking in the area on your own. For the first three points we offer the option to organize an official guide. If you are interested, please indicate this in the form below. We will contact you again about the prices, as this depends on how many women are interested. The final confirmation for the activities including payment options you will make directly with the guide. Of course you can also do all these activities on your own responsibility and risk with your own equipment.

Now the most important: A few information about the costs, the registration and the framework data! One thing first: We do not earn anything from the event, because we work completely voluntary. The mentioned costs are only those for the hut. That said we are always happy about a tip via TWINT for our work if you liked it! More info about this at the event.

To register please fill out the form below till latest 10. June. Please note that your booking is binding, but you can cancel free of charge until Fri 15.06.2022 at the latest. After that you will be charged the full amount and your data will be forwarded to the hut keeper for payment. IMPORTANT: We really ask for fair play here, otherwise we can no longer hold such events in the future.
We will send you more information before the event about meeting place and Co. The event will also take place in case of rain. If there is a risk of thunderstorms or bad weather, we will cancel the event by 22.06.2022. We are looking forward to meeting some of the great mountain women from our community in person this weekend!
